Founded "Make It Plain Gospel Ministries, Inc." in March 1997

• Married to Ellyn, three children: Catherine, Joshua and Lindsey

• 15 years in Youth Ministry at local churches in Iredell, Brownwood, Seminole and Celina, Texas

• Author for Lifeway Christian Resources: youth Sunday School and Bible study materials

• Former Secretary-treasurer and Vice-president for the Conference of Texas Baptist Evangelists

• Raised in Alvarado, Texas (south of Ft. Worth)

• College: Howard Payne University, Brownwood, Texas (graduated 1987)

• Seminary: Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Ft. Worth (38 hours toward RE)

• Accepted Christ as Savior at age 6, called to the ministry at age 15 at Falls Creek youth camp.
